【摘要】：針對(duì)鋁合金輪轂低壓鑄造過程中由于模具涂料組成不合理、結(jié)構(gòu)單一、容易脫落掉塊或沖刷變薄甚至造成模具裸露,在全面分析現(xiàn)有涂料成分基礎(chǔ)上,給出了改進(jìn)措施。通過調(diào)整涂料組成并向其中引入晶須組分,結(jié)合適當(dāng)?shù)膰娡抗に?使鋁合金輪轂低壓鑄造用保溫涂料的使用效果得到明顯改善,提高了輪轂成品率,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,有效提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:In the process of aluminum alloy hub low pressure casting, due to the unreasonable composition of die coating and single structure, it is easy to fall off the block or become thin or even cause the die exposed. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the existing coating composition, the improvement measures are put forward. By adjusting the composition of the coating and introducing whisker into it, combined with the proper spraying process, the application effect of heat preservation coating for aluminum alloy hub low pressure casting has been improved obviously, the finished product rate of the wheel hub has been increased, and the production cost has been reduced. The production efficiency is improved effectively.
