基于修正C-J法和RVE模型的780MPa級(jí)冷軋雙相鋼的應(yīng)變硬化行為
[Abstract]:A modified C-J (Crussard-Jaoul) method was used to analyze the strain hardening behavior of 780 MPa cold-rolled duplex steel plates after different heat treatment. The representative volume unit (Representative volume element, based on the real microstructure morphology was used to analyze the strain hardening behavior. RVE) model is used to simulate its deformation behavior. The results show that the initial strain hardening rate is higher for all the experimental steels in different states. Island and acicular martensite show two stages of strain hardening, corresponding to ferrite plastic deformation and ferrite / martensite co-plastic deformation. The strain hardening ability of martensite decreases obviously when martensite is coarse and bulky, and the strain hardening ability decreases obviously when martensite is plastic deformed in the third stage. The simulation results show that when the strain of bulk and acicular martensite is concentrated at the interface between ferrite and martensite, the strain of island martensite is concentrated at the junction of martensite block.
