航空發(fā)動機渦輪葉片熱障涂層沖蝕試驗裝置的研制

【摘要】:目的通過研制熱障涂層沖蝕服役環(huán)境的模擬裝置,來研究沖蝕失效機制。方法通過研制模擬熱障涂層高溫?zé)釠_擊的燃?xì)鈬姌?在噴槍中設(shè)計速度、流量可控的顆粒送料系統(tǒng),同時在裝置中集成裂紋演化實時檢測的聲發(fā)射系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了熱障涂層沖蝕服役環(huán)境的模擬,溫度場、裂紋演化損傷參量的同步采集、輸出與顯示,從而完成了沖蝕服役環(huán)境模擬與關(guān)鍵損傷參量實時檢測的一體化設(shè)計。結(jié)論裝置能完成熱障涂層常溫、高溫等各種服役溫度、各種沖蝕角度、各種沖蝕速度等條件下的模擬試驗,并提供較為系統(tǒng)的損傷參量檢測數(shù)據(jù),為理解熱障涂層的沖蝕機理、優(yōu)化其設(shè)計制備提供有效的試驗數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the erosion failure mechanism of thermal barrier coating by developing a simulation device for erosion service environment. Methods A gas spray gun simulating high temperature thermal shock of thermal barrier coating was developed. A particle feeding system with controllable velocity and flow rate was designed in the spray gun. At the same time, an acoustic emission system was integrated into the device to detect the crack evolution in real time. Results the system realized the simulation of erosion service environment of thermal barrier coating, the synchronous acquisition, output and display of temperature field and damage parameters of crack evolution. Thus, the integrated design of environment simulation and real-time detection of key damage parameters was completed. Conclusion the device can be used to simulate the thermal barrier coating under the conditions of room temperature, high temperature and various service temperature, various erosion angles, various erosion velocity and so on, and provide systematic data of damage parameter detection, in order to understand the erosion mechanism of thermal barrier coating. Optimize its design and preparation to provide effective test data.
