Nb含量對Cu-Ni-Nb合金組織與熔點及導(dǎo)熱性能的影響

【摘要】:采用真空電弧熔煉工藝制備了Cu-Ni-Nb合金,研究了Nb含量對Cu-Ni-Nb合金組織、合金熔點及熱導(dǎo)率的影響。結(jié)果表明,Cu-Ni-Nb合金基體為Cu0.81Ni0.19,第二相為NbNi3;當(dāng)Ni、Nb質(zhì)量比為(6~10)∶1時,Cu-Ni-Nb合金第二相形態(tài)全部為片狀;當(dāng)Ni、Nb質(zhì)量比為(2~4)∶1時,Cu-Ni-Nb合金第二相為片狀和球狀。隨著Nb含量的增加,Cu-NiNb合金基體中Ni原子固溶度降低,合金熔點下降,而熱導(dǎo)率提高。Cu-20Ni-5Nb合金第二相為細小的片狀和球狀,均勻分布在基體中,第二相體積分?jǐn)?shù)為19.2%,合金熔點為1 134.92℃,熱導(dǎo)率為45.25 W/(m·K),可滿足鑄Cu冷卻水套的制造和使用要求。
[Abstract]:Cu-Ni-Nb alloy was prepared by vacuum arc melting. The effect of Nb content on the microstructure, melting point and thermal conductivity of Cu-Ni-Nb alloy was studied. The results show that when the second phase of Cu-Ni-Nb alloy is Cu0.81Ni0.19, second phase is NbNi3;, when the mass ratio of Ni,Nb is (6 ~ 10): 1, the second phase morphology of Cu-Ni-Nb alloy is all flake. When the mass ratio of Ni,Nb is (2 ~ 4): 1, the second phase of Cu-Ni-Nb alloy is flaky and spherical. With the increase of Nb content, the solution of Ni atoms in Cu-NiNb alloy matrix decreases, the melting point of the alloy decreases, and the thermal conductivity increases. The second phase of Cu-20Ni-5Nb alloy is fine flake and spherical, and distributes uniformly in the matrix.
