真空激光焊接焊縫成形及等離子體特征
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the interference of plasma on laser welding process and widen the application range of high power laser welding, the weld forming and plasma characteristics of laser welding under vacuum condition were studied. The results show that vacuum laser welding can improve laser welding surface forming and increase penetration. When the welding speed is 0. 5 m/min, the weld penetration in vacuum environment is about 3 times that in atmospheric environment. Comparing the effect of ambient air pressure on penetration depth at different welding speeds, it is found that when welding speed is small, the influence of ambient air pressure on penetration depth of laser welding is more obvious. Under vacuum condition, larger negative defocusing can significantly increase penetration depth and improve weld forming. The results of plasma image observation show that the plasma decreases gradually with the decrease of ambient pressure. The strong inhibition effect of vacuum environment on laser welding plasma is one of the reasons for the increase of penetration depth and the change of weld formation in vacuum laser welding.
