國(guó)內(nèi)外Inconel600合金微量元素比較研究

【摘要】:為找出國(guó)內(nèi)外Inconel600合金在使用性能上存在的差異,采用掃描電鏡及能譜儀對(duì)經(jīng)高溫處理的合金進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:國(guó)內(nèi)外合金夾雜物中微量元素的差異較大,國(guó)內(nèi)合金中C、Ti、N、Si、Al、O的含量均比國(guó)外合金高,且分布不均勻。國(guó)內(nèi)合金中還存在Mg、Ca、Ba、S和P等元素。國(guó)內(nèi)合金的抗氧化性能較國(guó)外低。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the difference in the performance of Inconel600 alloys at home and abroad, the high temperature treated alloys were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that there are great differences in trace elements in alloy inclusions at home and abroad, and the contents of C _ (Ti) N _ (N) Si (Al) O in domestic alloys are higher than those in foreign alloys, and the distribution is not uniform. Elements such as Mg,Ca,Ba,S and P also exist in domestic alloys. The oxidation resistance of domestic alloys is lower than that of foreign alloys.
