退火溫度對(duì)1235鋁合金冷軋板顯微組織的影響

【摘要】:以1235鑄軋板(7.0 mm)經(jīng)過兩道次冷軋后的1.1 mm厚的冷軋坯料為對(duì)象,借助光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)及能譜分析儀(EDS)、定量金相分析技術(shù)和電解拋光等試驗(yàn)手段,研究了退火溫度對(duì)1.1 mm厚的1235鋁箔坯料組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:在相同的退火時(shí)間(6 h)內(nèi),隨退火溫度(320~420℃)升高,析出相(Al Fe Si)數(shù)量先增加而后減少且粗化;退火溫度為380℃時(shí),析出相數(shù)量多且均勻細(xì)小,平均尺寸約為3μm。再結(jié)晶溫度的區(qū)間為320~340℃;隨著退火溫度升高,再結(jié)晶晶粒逐漸長(zhǎng)大;退火溫度為380℃時(shí),再結(jié)晶晶粒數(shù)量多且均勻細(xì)小,平均尺寸約為23μm。因此,在380℃保溫6 h的退火工藝最佳。
