退火溫度對(duì)TC2鈦合金織構(gòu)與沖壓性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同退火溫度下TC2鈦合金的顯微組織、晶粒取向、拉伸性能和沖壓性能。結(jié)果表明,TC2鈦合金在退火過(guò)程中,晶粒的取向從橫向(TD)方向偏向法向(ND)方向分布;隨著退火溫度從600℃升高到800℃,TC2鈦合金的拉伸應(yīng)變硬化指數(shù)降低,塑性應(yīng)變比升高,沖壓成形性能有所提高;當(dāng)退火溫度控制在700~800℃范圍內(nèi)時(shí),TC2鈦合金具有較好的沖壓成形性能。
