激光測厚儀在熱軋生產(chǎn)線上熱防護的設(shè)計

【摘要】:在激光測厚用于鋁板帶熱軋生產(chǎn)過程中時,由于熱軋生產(chǎn)線上溫度較高且超出激光位移傳感器的工作溫度范圍,測厚裝置無法正常使用。為了保證傳感器的正常工作,研究了傳感器的熱防護措施,并設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的熱防護裝置,采用風(fēng)冷、半導(dǎo)體制冷、水冷和絕熱的組合措施。經(jīng)過測試,傳感器環(huán)境溫度可以控制在(25.6±0.1)℃(設(shè)定溫度25℃),起到了熱防護的作用,并有效地減小了傳感器的溫度漂移,達到了設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:When the laser thickness measurement is used in the hot rolling process of aluminum sheet and strip, the thickness measuring device can not be used normally because of the high temperature in the hot rolling line and beyond the working temperature range of the laser displacement sensor. In order to ensure the normal operation of the sensor, the thermal protection measures of the sensor are studied, and the corresponding thermal protection device is designed.
