載荷對汽車活塞環(huán)表面Ni-W-SiC鍍層摩擦性能的影響

【摘要】:以摩擦因數(shù)和摩擦失重量為指標(biāo),并參照磨損形貌,研究了載荷對表面鍍有Ni-W-SiC鍍層的汽車發(fā)動機(jī)活塞環(huán)的摩擦性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著載荷的增大,摩擦因數(shù)降低,而摩擦失重量升高。當(dāng)載荷為5N時,穩(wěn)定時摩擦因數(shù)約為0.43,摩擦失重量約為1.83 mg;當(dāng)載荷增至10N和20N時,穩(wěn)定時摩擦因數(shù)分別為0.37和0.32,摩擦失重量分別為2.14mg和2.37mg。載荷變化未影響活塞環(huán)表面Ni-W-SiC鍍層的摩擦機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The effect of load on the friction performance of the piston ring of automobile engine coated with Ni-W-SiC coating was studied by taking friction coefficient and weight loss as the index and referring to the wear morphology. The results show that the friction coefficient decreases and the friction weight increases with the increase of load. When the load is 5 N, the friction coefficient is about 0.43 and the friction loss weight is about 1.83 mg;. When the load is increased to 10 N and 20 N, the friction coefficient is 0.37 and 0.32, and the friction loss weight is 2.14mg and 2.37 mg respectively. The friction mechanism of Ni-W-SiC coating on piston ring surface was not affected by load change.
