【摘要】：針對洗衣機(jī)內(nèi)膽圓筒的焊接,設(shè)計了整套自動化焊接設(shè)備,主要包括板料上料工位、卷繞工位、搬運工位、夾緊夾具、焊接工位及下料工位。其中板料上料工位采用批量上料,然后真空吸附對單個板料進(jìn)行上料。通過卷繞工位,實現(xiàn)將平板材料卷繞成圓筒狀,然后經(jīng)過夾緊夾具對圓筒實現(xiàn)橫向及縱向的夾緊。采用氬弧焊機(jī)對焊縫進(jìn)行焊接,經(jīng)過檢測,焊縫達(dá)到密封效果。
[Abstract]:A complete set of automatic welding equipment is designed for the welding of the inner tank cylinder of washing machine, which mainly includes sheet feeding station, winding station, moving station, clamping fixture, welding station and discharging station. Batch feeding is used for sheet feeding, and then vacuum adsorption is used to feed single sheet. By winding the workstation, the flat material can be wound into a cylinder, and then the cylinder can be clamped horizontally and longitudinally by clamping clamp. The welding seam was welded by argon arc welding machine.
