【摘要】：利用掃描電鏡和金相顯微鏡對304L不銹鋼中厚板表面裂紋缺陷進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,裂紋缺陷主要是鋼板內(nèi)部奧氏體和鐵素體兩相比例差異較大及不均勻分布引起的。適當(dāng)?shù)亟档桶迮髟诟邷丶訜岫魏途鶡釥t高溫段的保溫溫度,對改善熱加工性能和降低裂紋發(fā)生能起到很好的作用。
[Abstract]:The surface crack defects of 304L stainless steel plate were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and metallographic microscope. The results show that the crack defects are mainly caused by the large difference in the proportion of austenite and ferrite in the steel plate and the uneven distribution. Properly reducing the heat preservation temperature of the slab in the high temperature heating section and the high temperature section of the soaking furnace plays a good role in improving the hot working performance and reducing the occurrence of cracks.
