耐熱合金鋼P91熱變形過程靜態(tài)及亞動態(tài)再結晶行為

【摘要】:利用單道次、雙道次熱壓縮試驗研究鑄態(tài)P91合金鋼在熱變形后的動態(tài)、靜態(tài)、亞動態(tài)再結晶行為,探索不同變形溫度、應變速率、變形量對靜態(tài)、亞動態(tài)再結晶的影響并建立靜態(tài)、亞動態(tài)再結晶動力學方程。研究得出:熱變形結束后,靜態(tài)再結晶率隨變形溫度、變形量及應變速率的增大而增大;亞動態(tài)再結晶率與變形溫度、變形量和應變速率呈單調遞增,并最終趨于穩(wěn)定。以真應變?yōu)閰?鑄態(tài)P91熱變形后再結晶類型可按照真應變分為三種情況:當εε_c時,道次間隔主要發(fā)生靜態(tài)再結晶;當ε_cεε_T時,同時發(fā)生靜態(tài)、亞動態(tài)再結晶;當εε_T時,主要發(fā)生亞動態(tài)再結晶。通過對雙道次壓縮試樣的顯微組織分析得出:相同變形條件下,亞動態(tài)再結晶晶粒比靜態(tài)再結晶細小,再結晶晶粒隨變形溫度增加而增大,隨應變速率增大而減小。
[Abstract]:The dynamic, static and subdynamic recrystallization behavior of as-cast P91 alloy steel after hot deformation was studied by single pass and double pass thermal compression test. The effect of subdynamic recrystallization and the kinetic equations of static and subdynamic recrystallization were established. The results show that the static recrystallization rate increases with the increase of deformation temperature, deformation rate and strain rate, and the subdynamic recrystallization rate increases monotonously with deformation temperature, deformation rate and strain rate, and eventually tends to be stable. The recrystallization types of as-cast P91 can be divided into three cases according to the true strain: static recrystallization at 蔚 c, static recrystallization at 蔚 c 蔚 T and subdynamic recrystallization at the same time when 蔚 c 蔚 T. When 蔚 _ T, subdynamic recrystallization occurs. The microstructure analysis of double pass compression specimens shows that the subdynamic recrystallization grains are finer than those of static recrystallization under the same deformation conditions. The recrystallization grains increase with the increase of deformation temperature and decrease with the increase of strain rate.
