耐熱合金鋼P(yáng)91熱變形過(guò)程靜態(tài)及亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為

【摘要】:利用單道次、雙道次熱壓縮試驗(yàn)研究鑄態(tài)P91合金鋼在熱變形后的動(dòng)態(tài)、靜態(tài)、亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為,探索不同變形溫度、應(yīng)變速率、變形量對(duì)靜態(tài)、亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶的影響并建立靜態(tài)、亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。研究得出:熱變形結(jié)束后,靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶率隨變形溫度、變形量及應(yīng)變速率的增大而增大;亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶率與變形溫度、變形量和應(yīng)變速率呈單調(diào)遞增,并最終趨于穩(wěn)定。以真應(yīng)變?yōu)閰?shù),鑄態(tài)P91熱變形后再結(jié)晶類型可按照真應(yīng)變分為三種情況:當(dāng)εε_(tái)c時(shí),道次間隔主要發(fā)生靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶;當(dāng)ε_(tái)cεε_(tái)T時(shí),同時(shí)發(fā)生靜態(tài)、亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶;當(dāng)εε_(tái)T時(shí),主要發(fā)生亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶。通過(guò)對(duì)雙道次壓縮試樣的顯微組織分析得出:相同變形條件下,亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒比靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶細(xì)小,再結(jié)晶晶粒隨變形溫度增加而增大,隨應(yīng)變速率增大而減小。
[Abstract]:The dynamic, static and subdynamic recrystallization behavior of as-cast P91 alloy steel after hot deformation was studied by single pass and double pass thermal compression test. The effect of subdynamic recrystallization and the kinetic equations of static and subdynamic recrystallization were established. The results show that the static recrystallization rate increases with the increase of deformation temperature, deformation rate and strain rate, and the subdynamic recrystallization rate increases monotonously with deformation temperature, deformation rate and strain rate, and eventually tends to be stable. The recrystallization types of as-cast P91 can be divided into three cases according to the true strain: static recrystallization at 蔚 c, static recrystallization at 蔚 c 蔚 T and subdynamic recrystallization at the same time when 蔚 c 蔚 T. When 蔚 _ T, subdynamic recrystallization occurs. The microstructure analysis of double pass compression specimens shows that the subdynamic recrystallization grains are finer than those of static recrystallization under the same deformation conditions. The recrystallization grains increase with the increase of deformation temperature and decrease with the increase of strain rate.
