TC4鈦合金蜂窩板釬焊接頭組織性能分析

【摘要】:研究了TC4鈦合金蜂窩板的釬焊工藝,試驗(yàn)采用Ti-Zr-Ni-Cu釬料,真空度不低于2×10~(-3)Pa,釬焊溫度為930℃,保溫時(shí)間為30 min.對(duì)焊后試件的釬焊界面組織進(jìn)行超聲無損檢測(cè),檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明面板與蜂窩芯釬焊效果極好,未發(fā)現(xiàn)有脫焊、虛焊等現(xiàn)象.采用掃描電鏡(SEM)和能譜分析(EDS)法進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)分析.結(jié)果表明,母材和釬料發(fā)生相互擴(kuò)散滲透反應(yīng),并出現(xiàn)有新的析出相.該工藝下蜂窩板的界面平均拉脫強(qiáng)度為12.8 MPa,抗剪強(qiáng)度為9.01 MPa,釬焊接頭屬于脆性斷裂.
