【摘要】：正第一節(jié)概述半固態(tài)鑄造技術(shù)是將含有非枝晶固相的固液金屬混合物在凝固溫度范圍內(nèi)加工成形的一種金屬材料成形技術(shù)~([1])。與傳統(tǒng)金屬材料成形方法相比,半固態(tài)鑄造技術(shù)具有如下特點(diǎn):(1)被加工的材料處于液固共存兩相區(qū),一方面,可減少凝固潛熱和凝固收縮,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)更精確的近終成形;另一方面,由于成形溫度低,減輕了模具的熱沖擊,提高模具的使用壽命,同時(shí)減少了零件凝固時(shí)間,提高了零件的成形速度。(2)半固
[Abstract]:In the first section, the semisolid casting technology is introduced. It is a kind of metal material forming technology which is used to form solid liquid metal mixture containing non-dendritic solid phase in the range of solidification temperature. Compared with the traditional metal material forming method, the semi-solid casting technology has the following characteristics: (1) the processed material is in the liquid-solid coexistence two-phase zone, on the one hand, it can reduce the solidification latent heat and solidification shrinkage. It is advantageous to realize more accurate near end forming; On the other hand, because of the low forming temperature, the thermal shock of the die is alleviated, the service life of the die is increased, and the solidification time of the part is reduced, and the forming speed of the part is improved. (2) Semi-solid.
