擠壓溫度對(duì)汽車(chē)差速器殼件性能的影響

【摘要】:采用6種不同的擠壓溫度進(jìn)行了7075鋁合金汽車(chē)差速器殼件的擠壓成形,并測(cè)試和分析了室溫下殼件試樣的拉伸性能和沖擊性能。結(jié)果表明:在模具預(yù)熱溫度390℃,擠壓筒溫度415℃和擠壓速度0.3 m/min時(shí),隨擠壓溫度從280℃增大到400℃,試樣的拉伸性能和沖擊性能均先提高后下降。280℃擠壓時(shí)殼件的拉伸性能和沖擊性能均最差。與280℃擠壓相比,385℃擠壓時(shí)殼件的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、沖擊吸收功分別增大43、44 MPa、15 J,斷后伸長(zhǎng)率減小2.1%。7075鋁合金汽車(chē)差速器殼件的擠壓溫度優(yōu)選為385℃。
