退火工藝對SUS410L不銹鋼熱軋板組織與力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同退火工藝對SUS410L鐵素體不銹鋼熱軋板組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在600~800℃退火保溫10~30 min,隨著退火溫度、時間的增加,再結(jié)晶程度增加,強(qiáng)度降低,伸長率升高;在750℃退火保溫40~60min,隨著退火時間延長,力學(xué)性能變化不明顯;經(jīng)850℃退火后,鋼中有馬氏體生成,由于馬氏體相變強(qiáng)化作用,使得試樣的強(qiáng)度升高、伸長率下降;馬氏體顯微硬度為180~190 HV,鐵素體顯微硬度為130~140 HV。
