【摘要】：雙相不銹鋼在加熱過程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種析出相。本文主要研究了等溫時(shí)效對DSS2205雙相不銹鋼微觀組織和晶間腐蝕性能的影響。研究表明,對于固溶樣品,沒有析出相;在650℃時(shí)效0.5h后,有少量析出相,隨著時(shí)效時(shí)間延長,析出相增加。雙環(huán)電化學(xué)動(dòng)電位測試表明,固溶態(tài)樣品晶間腐蝕抗力最大,隨著時(shí)效時(shí)間延長,材料晶間腐蝕程度逐漸加劇。
[Abstract]:All kinds of precipitates appear in the heating process of duplex stainless steel. The effect of isothermal aging on microstructure and intergranular corrosion of DSS2205 duplex stainless steel was studied in this paper.
