中溫時效對2205雙相不銹鋼析出相及晶間腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:雙相不銹鋼在加熱過程中會出現(xiàn)各種析出相。本文主要研究了等溫時效對DSS2205雙相不銹鋼微觀組織和晶間腐蝕性能的影響。研究表明,對于固溶樣品,沒有析出相;在650℃時效0.5h后,有少量析出相,隨著時效時間延長,析出相增加。雙環(huán)電化學(xué)動電位測試表明,固溶態(tài)樣品晶間腐蝕抗力最大,隨著時效時間延長,材料晶間腐蝕程度逐漸加劇。

The effect of isothermal aging on microstructure and intergranular corrosion of DSS2205 duplex stainless steel was studied in this paper.
