【摘要】：正在當(dāng)今社會對模具產(chǎn)品制造工藝有很高要求的背景下,本文重點(diǎn)就模具電腦工程處理工藝、先進(jìn)的模具工件生產(chǎn)流程、模具生產(chǎn)所用原料及表體工程加工技術(shù)、模具制作工業(yè)的反向型工程等展開了詳細(xì)的闡釋;摸索研究了模具制作工業(yè)中新的制造思想及新造模理念。引言在當(dāng)代裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)中,模具制造產(chǎn)業(yè)已變成了我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的一類支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè),有相當(dāng)一部分高科技產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)和制作,其從根本上要立足于模具行業(yè)的發(fā)展,尤其是在機(jī)動車
[Abstract]:Under the background of the high requirement on the manufacturing technology of mould products, this paper focuses on the computer engineering processing technology of mould, the advanced production flow of mould workpiece, the raw materials used in mould production and the surface engineering processing technology. The reverse engineering of die making industry is explained in detail, and the new manufacturing idea and new mold making idea in die making industry are studied. Introduction: among the contemporary equipment manufacturing industries, the mold manufacturing industry has become a kind of pillar industry in the development of our national economy. There are quite a number of high-tech products in research and development and production, which should be fundamentally based on the development of the mould industry. Especially in motor vehicles.
