Cr12MoV的電火花線切割加工工藝參數(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著人們對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的精度、質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高,相關(guān)模具的制造精度、表面質(zhì)量以及模具材料的硬度、耐腐蝕性和耐磨性等也得到不斷提高。Cr12MoV滿足了模具材料在硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蝕性方面的要求,作為一種廣泛使用的冷作模具鋼,應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)截面面積大、外形復(fù)雜的各種冷沖模具。Cr12MoV鋼具有高硬度性能,尤其為提高模具成型精度,經(jīng)熱處理后的Cr12Mo V硬度≥60HRC,利用傳統(tǒng)切削方式很難加工。基于此,利用電火花線切割加工Cr12MoV成為最佳選擇。電火花線切割加工是利用脈沖火花放電蝕除材料,并通過(guò)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)工件切割成形,可解決這種模具材料的難加工問(wèn)題,并能滿足制造精度要求。因此,研究Cr12MoV的電火花線切割加工工藝參數(shù)(本文主要以電參數(shù)為主,包括脈寬時(shí)間、脈間時(shí)間、峰值電流以及間隙電壓)對(duì)材料去除率和表面粗糙度的影響,以達(dá)到對(duì)電參數(shù)優(yōu)化選取的目的,從而提高電火花線切割加工Cr12MoV的加工效率和表面質(zhì)量。利用單因素試驗(yàn)法,通過(guò)改變電火花線切割機(jī)床的電參數(shù),得出各個(gè)電參數(shù)對(duì)電火花線切割加工Cr12MoV的材料去除率與表面粗糙度的影響規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS,依據(jù)電火花線切割加工的微觀機(jī)理,建立合理的物理模型和數(shù)學(xué)模型,劃分網(wǎng)格,確定能量在放電通道內(nèi)分布的形式,施加荷載并求解,得到電火花線切割加工Cr12Mo V鋼的溫度場(chǎng)分布,來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)峰值電流的改變對(duì)表面粗糙度的影響。將白層厚度考慮在內(nèi)并且修正仿真凹坑深度值后,與實(shí)際加工的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,得出了更為吻合的修正凹坑深度曲線與表面粗糙度曲線,表明可通過(guò)ANSYS仿真電火花加工溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行電參數(shù)的合理選擇。應(yīng)用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法,通過(guò)合理設(shè)置考察因素水平,設(shè)計(jì)表頭,確定以L16(45)正交表進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn),得到試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分別進(jìn)行極差分析和方差分析,探索電火花線切割的脈寬時(shí)間、脈間時(shí)間、峰值電流和間隙電壓對(duì)材料去除率和表面粗糙度影響的主次順序和顯著性。以正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,將材料去除率和表面粗糙度量綱歸一化后進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)分析,計(jì)算關(guān)聯(lián)度值,選取關(guān)聯(lián)值最大的一組電參數(shù)為最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合,即:脈寬時(shí)間為10μs,脈間時(shí)間為20μs,峰值電流為2 A,間隙電壓為3 V,并進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,利用經(jīng)優(yōu)化后的參數(shù)組合切割加工試件,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的加工效果,解決了參數(shù)組合的優(yōu)化問(wèn)題?傊,本文通過(guò)一系列試驗(yàn)和分析方法,研究了電火花線切割加工Cr12MoV的電參數(shù)的選取和優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)提供理論指導(dǎo)。
