TiAlN涂層刀具強(qiáng)流脈沖電子束表面處理工藝多響應(yīng)值優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:A response surface design method was used to optimize the surface treatment process of TiAlN coated cutting tools with intense pulsed electron beam, and a mathematical model of surface roughness, hardness and elastic modulus of cemented carbide coated tools was established based on regression statistics. In addition, three mathematical models were analyzed to reveal the effects of input voltage, input current and pulse number on the surface roughness, hardness and elastic modulus of coated cutting tools. The results show that the input voltage, input current and pulse number have a significant effect on the surface roughness, hardness and elastic modulus of the coated tool during intense pulsed electron beam bombardment. The optimal combination of process parameters is obtained by optimization of multiple response values. The surface roughness of TiAlN tool treated by this process is 0.17 渭 m and the microhardness is 33.39 GPa, elastic modulus is 660.20 GPa;. The experimental results show that the wear rate of the treated TiAlN coated tool is about 60% lower than that of untreated tool.
