鍛造熱處理工藝對Al-7Si-1.6Cu合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:通過力學(xué)性能測試以及OM、SEM和TEM的組織觀察,研究了鍛造熱處理工藝對Al-7Si-1.6Cu合金組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,合金經(jīng)過均勻化(500℃,8h)、鍛造(鍛造溫度380~450℃,應(yīng)變速率60~90s-1,道次壓縮比10%~20%)、熱處理(固溶480℃,2h,70℃,水冷;時效180℃,6h)之后,較鑄態(tài)相比硬度提高18%、抗拉強度提高了52%、延伸率提高了54.5%。多向鍛造過程中共晶Si相發(fā)生碎斷與球化,時效過程中析出的納米級第二相對合金起強化作用。開創(chuàng)性地從位錯密度方向解釋鍛造過程強度提高的原因,通過Zener-Hollomon參數(shù)來說明鍛造過程中流變應(yīng)力與變形速率和變形溫度之間的關(guān)系。
