淬火工藝對HSLA鋼板截面精細(xì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:使用Formastor熱膨脹儀、ABAQUS有限元軟件、金相顯微鏡、TEM及EBSD等手段研究了淬火冷速對35 mm厚HSLA鋼板截面組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明:淬火冷卻速度對試驗鋼板距表面8 mm范圍內(nèi)的組織和性能有顯著的影響。提高淬火冷速有利于提高近表面板條馬氏體/貝氏體組織含量、提高位錯和小角度晶界的密度以及細(xì)化板條寬度,使近表面的硬度大幅度提高。淬火冷速對試驗鋼板距表面8 mm到心部的組織和性能沒有顯著的影響。隨著淬火冷速的提高,鋼板表面1/4處到心部的板條尺寸、晶界特征及MA組元沒有顯著的差別,其硬度在同一水平波動。此外,冷卻速度對大角度晶界密度、有效晶粒尺寸的影響不顯著。ABAQUS模擬結(jié)果與試驗鋼板的硬度分布和組織分布相吻合,鋼板截面冷卻速度的分布決定了最終組織的轉(zhuǎn)變類型和結(jié)構(gòu)特征。
[Abstract]:By means of Formastor thermal expansion instrument, ABAQUS finite element software, metallographic microscope, TEM and EBSD, the effect of quenching rate on the cross section structure of 35 mm thick HSLA steel plate was studied. The results show that the quenching rate has a significant effect on the microstructure and properties of the steel plate in the range of 8 mm from the surface. The increase of quenching cooling rate is beneficial to increase the microstructure content of martensite / bainite on the near surface, to increase the density of dislocation and small angle grain boundary, and to refine the width of the lath, so that the hardness of the near surface can be greatly improved. The quenching cooling rate has no significant effect on the microstructure and properties of the steel plate from 8 mm to the center. With the increase of quenching cooling rate, there is no significant difference in the plate size, grain boundary characteristics and MA components from 1 / 4 to the center of the steel plate surface, and the hardness fluctuates at the same level. In addition, the effect of cooling rate on the large angle grain boundary density and effective grain size is not significant. The ABAQUS simulation results agree with the hardness distribution and microstructure distribution of the test plate. The distribution of cooling rate of steel plate section determines the transformation type and structure characteristics of the final microstructure.
