稀土及鈮微合金化Fe-3%Si無取向硅鋼熱變形行為的研究

【摘要】:針對稀土及鈮微合金化Fe-3%Si無取向硅鋼,在實驗室利用Gleeble-1500D熱模擬機(jī)進(jìn)行了變形溫度為900℃~1100℃、變形速率為0.001 s-1~5 s-1、變形量為60%的單道次熱變形實驗。分析了不同熱變形條件下實驗鋼的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線以及變形組織,并計算了實驗鋼的熱變形激活能Qd的值。實驗結(jié)果表明,稀土及鈮微合金化Fe-3%Si無取向硅鋼在熱變形過程中有部分再結(jié)晶晶粒出現(xiàn)在原始晶界以及晶界三角地帶,但不同變形條件下的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線仍均為動態(tài)回復(fù)型;熱變形激活能Qd分別為449.00 k J/mol、431.59 k J/mol,稀土及鈮微合金化可以顯著提高Fe-3%Si無取向硅鋼熱變形激活能,抑制動態(tài)再結(jié)晶的發(fā)生。
