雙熱絲MAG焊接設(shè)備及工藝
[Abstract]:Double hot wire MAG welding technology (Double Hot Wires MAG Welding Technology) is an efficient welding method. There is one main wire and two hot wires during the welding process. The main arc is produced between the main welding wire and the base metal. The two output terminals of the hot wire heating power supply are respectively connected with the two welding wires, and the closed loop is formed by the welding pool. In this process, the welding wire is preheated by resistance, and the welding wire is melted by the energy of the weld pool. The welding heat input is reduced effectively while the deposition efficiency is increased. The influence of hot wire current I _ (res) on the deposition rate of welding wire was studied and the multi-layer swinging welding of thick plate was carried out. The results show that with the increase of I _ (res), the wire melting rate increases, and each hot wire current corresponds to an optimum wire feeding speed range, and the maximum deposition speed can reach more than 25 kg/h, which effectively improves the welding efficiency.
