基于MBD的船用柴油機(jī)裝配信息定義技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:船用柴油機(jī)是典型的復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品,具有體積大、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、零部件多等特點(diǎn),與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品裝配相比具有裝配精度高、裝配過程以手工作業(yè)為主的特點(diǎn),其裝配過程在整個(gè)制造過程占據(jù)了很大的比重。目前,國內(nèi)船用柴油機(jī)裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)普遍采用二維設(shè)計(jì)制造模式,其信息傳遞依賴二維圖樣進(jìn)行,現(xiàn)場工人需要大量時(shí)間來理解圖紙上的信息,帶來返工率高、生產(chǎn)效率低下的問題。因此,進(jìn)行基于MBD的船用柴油機(jī)裝配信息定義技術(shù)研究對(duì)改變我國船用柴油機(jī)研制模式具有促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)也支撐現(xiàn)代制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展。主要的研究內(nèi)容與成果如下:(1)根據(jù)裝配模型在裝配不同階段信息表達(dá)需求的問題,采用全新的信息定義方法,將船用柴油機(jī)裝配模型分為工程MBD模型和工藝MBD模型。分析了裝配MBD數(shù)據(jù)集以及在不同制造階段下的功能,并對(duì)其信息內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分類組織,改變當(dāng)前設(shè)計(jì)過程信息傳遞的模式,提高三維裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)的效率,同時(shí)對(duì)改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)制造模式具有重要促進(jìn)作用。(2)針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段船用柴油機(jī)裝配MBD數(shù)據(jù)集定義缺少三維數(shù)字化定義應(yīng)用規(guī)范的問題,建立MBD技術(shù)應(yīng)用框架,并在充分理解現(xiàn)有MBD技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合船用柴油機(jī)裝配信息定義的實(shí)際需求,建立指導(dǎo)該類產(chǎn)品制造的MBD技術(shù)應(yīng)用規(guī)范體系。(3)針對(duì)船用柴油機(jī)三維裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)的信息組織需求,研究了裝配工藝信息模型的對(duì)象化建模。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品三維可視化裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì),在集成環(huán)境下構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品的裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)功能模型,并對(duì)其蘊(yùn)含的信息要素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析;根據(jù)現(xiàn)場可視化要求,構(gòu)建以MBD技術(shù)為工藝信息載體的信息表達(dá)機(jī)制。(4)在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)船用柴油機(jī)裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)過程中信息定義的實(shí)際需求,開發(fā)了一套裝配信息數(shù)字化定義系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)在三維裝配工藝規(guī)劃與仿真平臺(tái)下運(yùn)行,以某型柴油柴油機(jī)缸蓋部件的裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)為例,對(duì)裝配信息定義系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證了其實(shí)用性以及可靠性,為以后該類產(chǎn)品的三維設(shè)計(jì)制造模式奠定了基礎(chǔ),也為MBD技術(shù)的應(yīng)用做了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Marine diesel engine is a typical complex product, which has the characteristics of large volume, complex structure, many parts and so on. Compared with the traditional product assembly, the marine diesel engine has the characteristics of high assembly precision and manual operation in the assembly process. The assembly process occupies a large proportion in the whole manufacturing process. At present, the domestic marine diesel engine assembly process design generally adopts the two-dimensional design and manufacture mode, its information transmission depends on the two-dimensional pattern, the field workers need a lot of time to understand the information on the drawings, resulting in a high rate of rework. The problem of inefficient production. Therefore, the research of marine diesel engine assembly information definition technology based on MBD can promote the development of marine diesel engine in China and support the development of modern manufacturing technology. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) according to the problem of information expression of assembly model in different stages of assembly, the assembly model of marine diesel engine is divided into engineering MBD model and process MBD model by using a new information definition method. The assembly MBD data set and its functions in different manufacturing stages are analyzed, and its information content is classified and organized to change the mode of information transmission in the current design process and improve the efficiency of 3D assembly process planning. At the same time, it plays an important role in improving the existing design and manufacturing mode. (2) aiming at the problem that the definition of marine diesel engine assembly MBD data set lacks the application specification of 3D digital definition at present, the application frame of MBD technology is established. On the basis of fully understanding the existing MBD technical standards, combined with the actual requirements of marine diesel engine assembly information definition, The application specification system of MBD technology is established to guide the manufacture of this kind of products. (3) the object modeling of assembly process information model is studied according to the information organization requirement of 3D assembly process design of marine diesel engine. According to the product 3D visual assembly process planning, the functional model of product assembly process planning is constructed under the integrated environment, and the information elements contained therein are analyzed in detail. The information expression mechanism based on MBD technology is constructed. (4) based on the theoretical analysis, a digital definition system of assembly information is developed according to the actual requirement of information definition in the process of marine diesel engine assembly process design. The system runs on the platform of 3D assembly process planning and simulation. Taking the assembly process design of cylinder head parts of a diesel engine as an example, the practicability and reliability of the assembly information definition system are verified. It lays a foundation for the 3D design and manufacture mode of this kind of products, and also makes a beneficial exploration for the application of MBD technology.
