基于Dynaform的印涂鋁蓋沖壓拉深摩擦條件的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)

【摘要】:以非線性有限元軟件Dynaform為平臺(tái),保持凸模與坯料間的摩擦系數(shù)不變,分別將凹模與坯料間的摩擦系數(shù)取值為0.01,0.02,0.04,0.08和0.1,研究凹模與坯料間的摩擦系數(shù)對(duì)1716印涂鋁蓋沖壓拉深過(guò)程中壁厚分布的影響;再將凹模與坯料間的摩擦系數(shù)保持不變,分別將凸模與坯料間的摩擦系數(shù)取值為0.1,0.125,0.15,0.17和0.18,研究凸模與坯料間的摩擦系數(shù)對(duì)1716印涂鋁蓋沖壓拉深過(guò)程中壁厚分布的影響。結(jié)果表明:1716印涂鋁蓋末次拉深的相對(duì)合理摩擦條件是凸模與坯料間靜摩擦系數(shù)取0.17,凹模與坯料間動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)取0.020。同時(shí),生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)表明,采用靜摩擦系數(shù)為0.17、動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)為0.020的摩擦條件可以生產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量合格的產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:Based on the nonlinear finite element software Dynaform, the friction coefficient between the punch and the blank is kept unchanged. The friction coefficient between the die and the blank is 0.01 / 0. 02 / 0. 04 / 0. 08 and 0. 1 respectively. The influence of the friction coefficient between the die and the blank on the distribution of the wall thickness in the drawing process of the 1716 coated aluminum cover is studied, and the friction coefficient between the die and the blank is kept unchanged. The friction coefficient between the punch and the blank is 0.1250.150.17 and 0.18, respectively. The influence of the friction coefficient between the punch and the blank on the distribution of the wall thickness during the stamping and drawing of 1716 coated aluminum cover is studied. The results show that the relative reasonable friction conditions for the final drawing of the overcast aluminum cover are as follows: the static friction coefficient between the punch and the blank is 0.17, and the dynamic friction coefficient between the die and the blank is 0.020. At the same time, the production test shows that the product of qualified quality can be produced under the friction condition of static friction coefficient of 0.17 and dynamic friction coefficient of 0.020.
