22MnB5超高強(qiáng)鋼熱沖壓成形工藝及試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:考慮材料的熱物理性能參數(shù)、力學(xué)性能與溫度的關(guān)系,利用ABAQUS軟件建立了22MnB5超高強(qiáng)鋼熱沖壓過程的熱力耦合有限元模型,選用合適的熱沖壓工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析,得到了坯料熱沖壓成形的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布,并以板料初始溫度為變量,研究不同初始溫度對(duì)零件厚度分布、回彈及冷卻速率的影響。進(jìn)行了板料初始溫度為900℃的22MnB5超高強(qiáng)鋼熱沖壓試驗(yàn),零件厚度分布及回彈量與模擬結(jié)果基本吻合,各區(qū)域淬火組織均為板條狀馬氏體,由于零件底部的淬火冷卻速率較大,馬氏體組織更加均勻細(xì)小。
[Abstract]:Considering the relationship between the material's thermophysical properties, mechanical properties and temperature, a thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model for the hot stamping process of 22MnB5 ultra-high strength steel was established by using ABAQUS software. The appropriate parameters of hot stamping process were selected for numerical analysis. The stress-strain distribution of hot stamping was obtained, and the effect of different initial temperature on thickness distribution, springback and cooling rate was studied with the initial temperature of sheet metal as variable.
