一種聚合咪唑啉緩蝕劑的合成及其緩蝕性能

【摘要】:以蓖麻油酸為原料,合成多羥基聚蓖麻油酸,再與有機胺合成聚合咪唑啉緩蝕劑。采用動態(tài)掛片法和電化學(xué)方法評價了合成的緩蝕劑的緩蝕性能,并采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對N80試片表面的腐蝕形貌進行了觀察。結(jié)果表明,該咪唑啉緩蝕劑在60℃,8 MPa中低溫高壓二氧化碳體系中對N80鋼具有良好的緩蝕作用,加入量為30mg/L時,試片的腐蝕速率小于0.076mm/a。對該聚合咪唑啉緩蝕劑在鋼片表面的吸附模型進行計算,發(fā)現(xiàn)該吸附遵循Langmuir等溫吸附模型。
[Abstract]:Polyhydroxyl polycastor oleic acid was synthesized from castor oil acid and then polyimidazoline corrosion inhibitor was synthesized with organic amine. The corrosion inhibition performance of the synthesized corrosion inhibitor was evaluated by dynamic hanging plate method and electrochemical method. The corrosion morphology of N80 specimen surface was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM). The results showed that the Imidazoline inhibitor had a good corrosion inhibition effect on N80 steel in 60 鈩,
