鈦合金異質(zhì)T型自沖鉚接頭的剝離性能研究

【摘要】:對(duì)TA1鈦合金板及與1420鋁鋰合金板(AL1420)、5052鋁合金板(AA5052)、鍍鋅鋼板(Q215)和銅合金板(H62)的異質(zhì)T型自沖鉚接頭進(jìn)行剝離試驗(yàn),觀察了各組接頭的成形質(zhì)量。分析了接頭的力學(xué)性能和能量吸收值。結(jié)果表明:自沖鉚接技術(shù)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)TA1異質(zhì)板材的有效連接,其中TA1-Q215接頭的最大剝離載荷高于其余3組接頭,TA1-AL1420接頭能量吸收性能最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:The peeling tests were carried out on TA1 titanium alloy sheet and heterogeneity T-type self-impact riveting head with 1420 Al-Li alloy sheet (AL1420) 5052 aluminum alloy plate (AA5052), galvanized steel plate (Q215) and copper alloy plate (H62). The forming quality of each joint was observed. The mechanical properties and energy absorption of the joints were analyzed. The results show that the self-punching riveting technique can realize the effective connection of TA1 heterogeneity plates, and the maximum peeling load of the TA1-Q215 joint is higher than that of the other three groups of joints. The energy absorption performance of the TA1-Q215 joint is better than that of the other three groups of joints.
