【摘要】：為了滿足汽車輕量化的要求,對超高強度鋼板熱成形進行了研究。利用ABAQUS軟件建立了熱力耦合模型,研究了模具初始溫度、沖壓速度對沖壓過程板料厚度、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的影響。結(jié)果表明:凸模圓角區(qū)最容易拉裂;隨模具溫度的增加,板料最小厚度先增加后減小;隨沖壓速度的增加板料最小厚度減小,且沖壓速度對板料厚度變化影響更大。模擬結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果相符合,這能為實際沖壓過程提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of automobile lightweight, the hot forming of ultra-high-strength steel plate was studied. A thermo-mechanical coupling model was established by using ABAQUS software. The effects of the initial temperature of the die and the stamping speed on the thickness of the sheet metal and the stress and strain in the stamping process were studied. The results show that the minimum thickness of sheet metal increases first and then decreases with the increase of die temperature, and the minimum thickness of sheet metal decreases with the increase of stamping speed, and the influence of stamping speed on the thickness of sheet metal is greater. The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results, which can provide a theoretical basis for the actual stamping process.
