多軸非比例載荷下鎂合金AZ21的疲勞性能研究

【摘要】:鎂合金作為結(jié)構(gòu)件承受多軸復雜載荷,其失效形式多為多軸疲勞失效.本文在空氣環(huán)境中對鎂合金AZ21分別進行了單軸、純扭以及多軸循環(huán)力學性能研究,揭示了不同加載路徑下材料的變形主導機制.疲勞試驗結(jié)果表明,在相同等效應(yīng)力幅下,非比例加載路徑下鎂合金AZ21的壽命較單軸、純扭路徑顯著降低.采用Basquin公式預測鎂合金AZ21在復雜載荷下的疲勞壽命.通過將路徑非比例度的概念引入到Basquin公式中,可合理預測相同加載幅值下圓形路徑和菱形路徑作用時鎂合金AZ21的疲勞壽命.
[Abstract]:Magnesium alloy as a structural part is subjected to complex multiaxial loading, and its failure form is mostly multiaxial fatigue failure. In this paper, uniaxial, pure torsional and multiaxial cyclic mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ21 were investigated in air environment, and the deformation mechanism of magnesium alloy AZ21 under different loading paths was revealed. The fatigue test results show that under the same equivalent stress amplitude, the life of magnesium alloy AZ21 under non-proportional loading path is significantly lower than that of uniaxial, and the pure torsion path is significantly reduced. The fatigue life of magnesium alloy AZ21 under complex load was predicted by Basquin formula. By introducing the concept of path non-proportionality into the Basquin formula, the fatigue life of magnesium alloy AZ21 under the same loading amplitude can be reasonably predicted under the action of circular path and rhombus path.
