時效時間對2205雙相不銹鋼中第二相析出行為的影響

【摘要】:2205雙相不銹鋼在一定溫度下時效處理會析出第二相,不銹鋼的各種性能會因此受到影響。研究了熱軋2205雙相不銹鋼時效不同時間與析出相的聯(lián)系,并探究其析出規(guī)律。利用光學顯微鏡(OM)和掃描電鏡(SEM)配合能譜儀(EDS)觀察了析出相顯微組織的變化,并對析出相和基體的成分進行了點掃描成分分析。結果表明,在850℃時效5 min,χ相即會優(yōu)先在鐵素體晶界處析出,隨著時效時間延長σ相將逐漸析出,鐵素體含量減少,奧氏體及析出相的比例增大。
[Abstract]:The second phase of 2205 duplex stainless steel will precipitate after aging treatment at a certain temperature, and the various properties of the stainless steel will be affected. The relationship between aging time and precipitating phase of hot rolled 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied, and the precipitation law was investigated.
