旁路耦合微束等離子弧增材制造

【摘要】:在分析旁路耦合電弧焊的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了旁路耦合微束等離子弧焊(DE-MPAW)方法.該方法以微束等離子弧焊炬為主路,填充焊絲為旁路,通過可調(diào)電阻調(diào)節(jié)旁路電流大小.在不降低成形效率的基礎(chǔ)上,減小成形件的熱輸入,從而有利于電弧增材制造.在此基礎(chǔ)上開展了DE-MPAW焊接方法的初步研究.在DE-MPAW焊實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)及測控的基礎(chǔ)上,對比研究了不同旁路電流下DE-MPAW焊熔滴過渡情況;分析了母材熱輸入隨旁路電流的變化規(guī)律,研究了焊縫成形的變化情況;初步開展了DE-MPAW增材制造單道多層的堆垛研究.結(jié)果表明:隨著旁路電流的增大,其熔滴過渡頻率、母材熱輸入、熔深都相應(yīng)地減小,且DE-MPAW方法能夠較好適用于增材制造.
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of by-pass coupled arc welding (BCAW), a bypass coupled microbeam plasma arc welding (DE-MPAW) method is proposed. In this method, the micro beam plasma arc welding torch is used as the main path, the wire is filled as the bypass circuit, and the bypass current is adjusted by adjustable resistance. On the basis of not reducing the forming efficiency, the heat input of the formed parts is reduced, which is beneficial to the arc material increasing manufacture. On this basis, the preliminary study of DE-MPAW welding method is carried out. On the basis of DE-MPAW welding experimental system and measurement and control, the droplet transfer of DE-MPAW welding under different bypass currents is studied, and the variation law of base metal heat input with bypass current is analyzed, and the variation of weld forming is studied. The stacking research of single channel and multi-layer for DE-MPAW material increasing manufacture was carried out. The results show that with the increase of bypass current, the droplet transfer frequency, the heat input of base metal and the penetration depth decrease correspondingly, and the DE-MPAW method can be applied to fabricate the material.
