感應(yīng)重熔-熱處理對(duì)鎳基碳化鎢涂層的影響

【摘要】:為了進(jìn)一步挖掘鎳基碳化鎢涂層的潛能,在40Cr基材上利用火焰噴涂制備N(xiāo)i60+35%WC復(fù)合涂層并對(duì)涂層進(jìn)行感應(yīng)重熔及熱處理,利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、顯微硬度計(jì)和摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)分析測(cè)定了涂層的顯微組織、顯微硬度及摩擦磨損性能。結(jié)果表明,感應(yīng)重熔使涂層與基材形成良好的冶金結(jié)合,涂層致密,硬度、耐磨性顯著優(yōu)于基材。經(jīng)淬火及回火后,涂層硬度有所提高。850℃淬火,400℃回火的涂層硬度最高,達(dá)到866HV0.1,耐磨性也最好,磨損量?jī)H為基材的43%。
[Abstract]:In order to further explore the potential of nickel based tungsten carbide coating, Ni60 35%WC composite coating was prepared by flame spraying on 40Cr substrate, and the coating was remelted by induction and heat treatment. The microstructure, microhardness and friction and wear properties of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM), microhardness tester and friction and wear tester. The results showed that the coating formed a good metallurgical bond with the substrate by induction remelting, and the coating was compact, hardness and wear resistance was better than that of the substrate. After quenching and tempering, the hardness of the coating was increased to 866 HV0.1, and the wear resistance was the best. The wear rate was only 43% of the base material, and the hardness of the coating was the highest (866 HV0.1) after quenching and tempering at 400 鈩,
