氧含量對(duì)Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO合金阻尼性能的影響

【摘要】:采用真空非自耗熔煉法制備Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)合金,通過X射線衍射(XRD)儀、萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、動(dòng)態(tài)熱機(jī)械分析(DMA)儀等測(cè)試方法研究了氧含量對(duì)固溶態(tài)Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO合金組織、力學(xué)性能和阻尼行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:氧元素對(duì)α″相具有抑制作用。合金呈現(xiàn)Snoek弛豫型阻尼特征并具有良好的高溫阻尼性能,其阻尼值隨著氧含量的增加而提高,而峰溫?zé)o明顯變化。測(cè)試頻率為1.0 Hz時(shí),合金的阻尼值從0.0283(x=0)提高到0.0355(x=0.5),峰溫在230℃左右。
[Abstract]:The Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO alloy was prepared by vacuum nonconsumptive melting method. The effect of oxygen content on the structure of solid solution Ti-36Nb-2Ta-3Zr-xO alloy was studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), universal testing machine and dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA). The influence of mechanical properties and damping behavior. The results show that oxygen can inhibit 偽 "phase. The alloy exhibits the characteristics of Snoek relaxation type damping and has good high temperature damping property. The damping value of the alloy increases with the increase of oxygen content, but the peak temperature does not change obviously.
