熱軋軋制壓力橫向分布規(guī)律及預測模型
[Abstract]:The law of transverse distribution of rolling pressure is of great significance to the establishment of integrated model of rapid roll, roll wear and roll shape prediction. In order to describe the transverse distribution of rolling pressure succinctly and effectively, the index of lateral distribution of rolling pressure is presented, that is, the middle ratio of edge, the degree of high degree of asymmetry, the degree of primary asymmetry and the degree of cubic asymmetry. The three-dimensional elastic-plastic deformation model of rolled piece is established by finite element method. The boundary conditions of the model are set up according to the measured data, and the transverse distribution of rolling pressure under the influence of different factors is studied. Considering that the influence of various production factors on the transverse distribution of rolling pressure is not completely independent and it is not easy to obtain the functional expression, it is based on the finite element simulation results under multiple working conditions. An artificial neural network model for predicting the transverse distribution of rolling pressure under the influence of multiple production factors was established, which laid a foundation for the rapid calculation model of roll workpiece integration.
