難變形材料軋制實驗機開發(fā)及實驗研究

【摘要】:為滿足難變形材料軋制實驗研究,開發(fā)新型實驗軋機.采用液壓張力缸和液壓夾頭夾持短試樣,實現(xiàn)直拉張力軋制.采用兩臺主電機對上下工作輥單獨傳動和速度調(diào)整,實現(xiàn)異步軋制時速度比連續(xù)調(diào)整.將夾持軋件兩端的夾頭作為正負極,通低電壓大電流,對軋件進行電阻加熱,實現(xiàn)溫軋功能.利用該新型實驗軋機進行驗證實驗.對3%Si無取向硅鋼進行帶張力異步軋制,異步比設定為1.12,總壓下量增大28.4%.對AZ31鎂合金進行帶張力溫軋實驗,厚度由4 mm軋制到0.633 mm,順利完成軋制并得到很好的表面質量.實驗表明,該實驗軋機可以作為難變形材料軋制實驗研究的有力工具.
[Abstract]:A new type of experimental mill was developed to satisfy the experimental research of hard-deformation material rolling. By using hydraulic tension cylinder and hydraulic chuck to clamp short sample, straight tension rolling is realized. The speed ratio of asynchronous rolling is adjusted continuously by using two main motors to drive the upper and lower work rolls separately and adjust the speed. The clamping chuck at both ends of the rolling piece is used as the positive and negative electrode, the low voltage and high current are passed, and the resistance is heated to realize the function of warm rolling. The new experimental mill is used to carry out the verification experiment. The 3%Si non-oriented silicon steel was rolled by asynchronous rolling with tension. The asynchronous ratio was set to 1.12 and the total reduction increased by 28.4kyr. The strip tension warm rolling test of AZ31 magnesium alloy was carried out. The thickness of the alloy was rolled from 4 mm to 0.633 mm, and the good surface quality was obtained. The experimental results show that the rolling mill can be used as a powerful tool for the experimental study of difficult deformation materials.
