熔滴主動(dòng)靶向的激光間接電弧復(fù)合增材制造技術(shù)初探

【摘要】:對(duì)制造精度和效率相矛盾的原因進(jìn)行了分析,為解決此矛盾,提出了一種新型的熔滴主動(dòng)靶向的激光間接電弧復(fù)合增材制造技術(shù).該技術(shù)利用交流雙絲間接電弧能量熔化金屬絲材實(shí)現(xiàn)高熔敷率,利用熔滴主動(dòng)靶向激光,脈沖激光輔助定量的熔滴定點(diǎn)過(guò)渡到熔池保證成形精度.文中對(duì)固定質(zhì)量的熔滴交替形成在固定位置進(jìn)行了建模分析和初步試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)控制送絲速度和電流頻率,可實(shí)現(xiàn)雙絲交替定點(diǎn)定量熔化,為熔滴主動(dòng)靶向激光提供了先決條件.
[Abstract]:The reasons for the contradiction between manufacturing precision and efficiency are analyzed. In order to solve this contradiction, a new technology of laser indirect arc composite material augmentation based on active target of molten droplet is proposed. The technology uses AC double wire indirect arc energy to melt the metal wire to achieve high deposition rate, using droplet active target laser, pulse laser assisted quantitative melting titration point transition to molten pool to ensure the forming accuracy. In this paper, the model analysis and preliminary experimental study on the alternating formation of droplets of fixed mass at a fixed position are carried out. The results show that the fixed point quantitative melting can be realized by controlling wire feeding speed and current frequency. This provides a prerequisite for active laser targeting of droplets.
