A356合金半固態(tài)擠壓鑄造數(shù)值模擬及模具優(yōu)化

【摘要】:采用Anycasting軟件對(duì)A356合金鑄件半固態(tài)擠壓鑄造過程中充型和凝固過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。研究了壓射速度、澆注溫度對(duì)半固態(tài)A356鋁合金擠壓鑄造過程的影響,對(duì)工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并對(duì)壓鑄模具進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。結(jié)果表明,模具預(yù)熱溫度為200℃,澆注溫度為600℃,壓射速度為0.5m/s,內(nèi)澆口厚度為5mm時(shí),能夠獲得質(zhì)量理想的鑄件。
