FeCrAl不銹鋼液固相線的計算與研究

【摘要】:為獲得適合FeCrAl不銹鋼的液固相線計算公式,采用DSC在不同升溫速率下測定了其液固相線,并采用Thermo-Calc軟件和經(jīng)驗公式分別計算了液相線。計算結(jié)果與DSC試驗結(jié)果的比較表明特定的經(jīng)驗公式相比Thermo-Calc軟件能夠更加準確地計算FeCrAl不銹鋼的液相線。Scheil模型下的Thermo-Calc凝固計算與DSC實測固相線的比較分析表明固相分率(fS)-溫度曲線上fS=0.99對應(yīng)的溫度可以作為FeCrAl不銹鋼的固相線。采用上述方法分別計算Fe-Cr-Al三元系和Fe-Cr-Al-X(X=C,Si,Mn)多元系的固相線,分析不同組元對Fe-Cr-Al三元系固相線的影響,最終得到了適合FeCrAl不銹鋼的固相線計算公式。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the liquid-solid line calculation formula suitable for FeCrAl stainless steel, the liquid-solid line was measured by DSC at different heating rates, and the liquid-solid line was calculated by Thermo-Calc software and empirical formula respectively. The comparison between the calculated results and the DSC test results shows that the Thermo-Calc solidification calculation of FeCrAl stainless steel based on the liquid line. Scheil model can be more accurately calculated by the Thermo-Calc software than by the specific empirical formula. The comparison analysis between the calculated results and the DSC measured solid state line shows that the solid phase can be calculated more accurately. The temperature corresponding to fS=0.99 on the (fS)-temperature curve can be used as the solid line of FeCrAl stainless steel. The solid state lines of Fe-Cr-Al ternary system and Fe-Cr-Al-X (XCX Si Si mn) multicomponent system were calculated by using the above method. The influence of different components on the solid state line of Fe-Cr-Al ternary system was analyzed. Finally, the solid state line calculation formula suitable for FeCrAl stainless steel was obtained.
