Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni-Co-Mo釬料的特性及其釬焊γ-TiAl接頭的研究

【摘要】:采用SEM、EDS、XRD、TEM、DSC等對晶態(tài)和快速凝固Ti-25.65Zr-13.3Cu-12.35Ni-3Co-2Mo釬料的顯微組織、熔化特性及相應(yīng)釬焊γ-TiAl接頭的界面顯微組織進行了分析,并檢測了釬焊接頭的抗拉強度。結(jié)果表明:快速凝固Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni-Co-Mo釬料呈非晶態(tài),其熔化區(qū)間比相應(yīng)晶態(tài)的明顯窄,且在γ-TiAl表面具有良好的潤濕鋪展性能。晶態(tài)和非晶態(tài)2種釬料的釬焊接頭均包含界面反應(yīng)層Ⅰ和中心釬焊層Ⅱ;當(dāng)釬焊時間為10 min、釬焊溫度為925~1050℃時,隨釬焊溫度的升高,2種釬料的接頭的抗拉強度均先增大后減小,且非晶釬料釬焊接頭具有更高的抗拉強度。采用非晶釬料經(jīng)1000℃釬焊10 min獲得的接頭的抗拉強度最大,為302 MPa。
[Abstract]:The microstructure, melting characteristics and interface microstructure of the brazed 緯 -TiAl joints were analyzed by SEM,EDS,XRD,TEM,DSC, and the tensile strength of the brazed joints was tested. The results show that the rapidly solidified Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni-Co-Mo solder is amorphous, its melting range is obviously narrower than that of the corresponding crystalline state, and it has good wettability on 緯 -TiAl surface. The brazing joints of both crystalline and amorphous brazing alloys consist of interfacial reaction layer I and central brazing layer 鈪,
