T91鋼和TP304鋼對(duì)含氯鹽水蒸氣的抗氧化性能

【摘要】:為比較T91鋼與TP304鋼在垃圾焚燒環(huán)境中的抗氧化性能,用含有微量KCl的水蒸氣氣氛模擬垃圾焚燒煙氣,在530,600,670℃下對(duì)材料進(jìn)行了氧化試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:在含有微量KCl的高溫水蒸氣條件下,經(jīng)過24h后T91鋼的氧化質(zhì)量增加是TP304鋼的5倍,表明TP304鋼對(duì)于高溫含Cl-水蒸氣的抗氧化能力優(yōu)于T91鋼的;在三種溫度下氧化后,T91鋼和TP304鋼表面生成的片狀氧化物成分與金屬基體的Cr含量有關(guān),Cr含量較低的T91鋼表面生成了Fe2O3,Cr含量較高的TP304表面則生成了富含Cr的(Fe,Cr)2O3,(Fe,Cr)2O3氧化層的生成是TP304鋼具有更高抗氧化性的原因。
