基于ZIGBEE的機(jī)床無線感知系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:數(shù)控機(jī)床狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)是車間信息化的基礎(chǔ),隨著制造業(yè)自動化的不斷發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場各種信息的采集、傳輸、分析和應(yīng)用變得越來越重要。國內(nèi)的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)大多依靠進(jìn)口,缺少成熟的信息管理系統(tǒng),生產(chǎn)信息記錄困難,這些問題極大的影響了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。本文在天津某汽車模具有限公司的實際需求上,把數(shù)控機(jī)床狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的采集和傳輸當(dāng)作研究對象,提出了基于ZigBee的機(jī)床無線感知系統(tǒng)。本文首先分析了數(shù)控機(jī)床數(shù)據(jù)采集和無線通信技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了目前機(jī)床數(shù)據(jù)采集中存在的問題,并闡述本課題的研究目的和意義,對本文的結(jié)構(gòu)以及主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了說明。本文針對不同的數(shù)據(jù)機(jī)床數(shù)據(jù)使用了不同采集方法,提出了系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)。應(yīng)用基于宏命令和外接傳感器相結(jié)合的數(shù)據(jù)采集方法,完成各采集模塊的軟硬件設(shè)計,并對數(shù)據(jù)的處理方法和傳輸方法進(jìn)行了研究。并且在對主軸溫度的采集方面,提出了溫度傳感器的最佳布置方案,能夠滿足采集到的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確的反應(yīng)出主軸的熱變形量,為減小加工誤差提供了條件。通過串口通訊技術(shù)和宏命令采集技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了對主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、機(jī)床開關(guān)機(jī)時間、機(jī)床加工程序、零件加工開始和結(jié)束時間等數(shù)據(jù)的采集。本文還對以ZigBee通訊協(xié)議為基礎(chǔ)的無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了組網(wǎng)測試和研究,設(shè)計了上位機(jī)管理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了數(shù)控機(jī)床狀態(tài)信息系統(tǒng)的人機(jī)交互。研究結(jié)果表明,本文所研究的機(jī)床無線感知系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r準(zhǔn)確地感知到多臺數(shù)控機(jī)床的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),方便了數(shù)控車間的信息化管理,并且擴(kuò)展性好,有一定的研究價值。
[Abstract]:The status data of NC machine tools is the basis of workshop information. With the development of manufacturing automation, the collection, transmission, analysis and application of all kinds of information in production site become more and more important. Most of the domestic CNC systems rely on imports, lack of mature information management system, production information recording difficulties, these problems greatly affect the production efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, the acquisition and transmission of NC machine tool status data is regarded as the object of study on the actual demand of a certain automobile mould company in Tianjin, and a wireless sensing system of machine tool based on ZigBee is proposed. This paper first analyzes the domestic and international research status of data acquisition and wireless communication technology of CNC machine tools, puts forward the problems existing in the data acquisition of CNC machine tools, and expounds the purpose and significance of this research. The structure and main contents of this paper are explained. In this paper, different data acquisition methods are used for different data machine tools, and the overall structure of the system is proposed. The data acquisition method based on macro command and external sensor is applied to complete the software and hardware design of each acquisition module, and the method of data processing and transmission is studied. In the aspect of collecting the spindle temperature, the optimal arrangement of the temperature sensor is put forward, which can meet the need of the collected data to accurately reflect the thermal deformation of the spindle, which provides the condition for reducing the machining error. By means of serial communication technology and macro command acquisition technology, the data collection of spindle speed, machine tool switch machine time, machine tool processing program, part processing start and end time and so on are realized. The wireless sensor network based on ZigBee communication protocol is also tested and studied in this paper. The upper computer management system is designed and the man-machine interaction of the CNC machine tool status information system is realized. The research results show that the wireless sensing system of the machine tool studied in this paper can accurately perceive the running state of several CNC machine tools in real time and accurately, facilitate the information management of the NC workshop, and have good expansibility and certain research value.
