退火工藝對(duì)Zr-0.8Sn-0.25Nb-0.35Fe-0.1Cr-0.05Ge合金耐腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:利用靜態(tài)高壓釜腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)和SEM、TEM/EDS分析方法,以Zr-0.8Sn-0.25Nb-0.35Fe-0.1Cr-0.05Ge合金為對(duì)象,研究了β相水淬后不同退火工藝對(duì)合金的顯微組織及在400℃/10.3 MPa過熱蒸汽中耐腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:500℃退火處理的樣品發(fā)生了部分再結(jié)晶,退火時(shí)間對(duì)第二相尺寸的影響不明顯;580℃退火處理的樣品發(fā)生了完全再結(jié)晶,并且隨著退火時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),第二相的尺寸增大;合金元素主要以密排六方的Zr(Nb,Fe,Cr)_2、四方的Zr_3Ge和正交的Zr_3Fe第二相析出;該合金在400℃/10.3 MPa過熱蒸汽中的耐腐蝕性能隨著退火溫度的升高和退火時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而提高。
