鑄鐵噴涂滲鋁工藝和性能

【摘要】:采用線材火焰噴涂制備鋁基涂層,隨后對(duì)涂層進(jìn)行重熔和擴(kuò)散處理.利用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、能譜儀、摩擦磨損實(shí)驗(yàn)儀等對(duì)涂層的成分、物相、耐高溫氧化性能、耐蝕性能等進(jìn)行分析測(cè)試.結(jié)果表明:涂層分為兩層,外層的物相主要是Al、FeAl_3、內(nèi)層是Fe_2Al_5和少量的FeAl_3;顯微硬度有了很大程度的提高,峰值可達(dá)HV 950;滲鋁試樣在800、900℃進(jìn)行高溫氧化實(shí)驗(yàn)幾乎不增重,抗氧化性能較鑄鐵可提升幾十倍;同時(shí)試樣也兼具良好的耐摩擦磨損和耐腐蝕性能.
[Abstract]:Aluminum based coatings were prepared by wire flame spraying, and then remelted and diffused. The composition, phase, high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were analyzed and tested by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrometer (EDS) and friction and wear tester. The results show that the coating is divided into two layers, the outer layer is mainly Alu Feal _ 3, the inner layer is Fe_2Al_5 and a small amount of Feal _ 3, the microhardness has been greatly improved, the peak value can reach to HV950, and the aluminizing sample has almost no weight gain in high temperature oxidation experiment at 800900 鈩,
