擠壓態(tài)阻燃鈦合金高溫變形行為及機理

【摘要】:通過等溫恒應變速率熱模擬壓縮試驗,研究一種擠壓態(tài)組織的阻燃鈦合金在變形溫度900~1150℃,應變速率0.001~1 s~(-1)條件下的高溫流變應力和組織演變,基于熱壓試驗數(shù)據(jù)計算變形激活能。結果表明:此種阻燃鈦合金流變應力-應變曲線具有應力峰值和流動軟化特征,高溫變形是擴散控制的過程,軟化機制以動態(tài)回復為主,但在應變速率較高時會發(fā)生局部連續(xù)再結晶,而在應變速率較低時晶界運動比較明顯。
