擠壓態(tài)阻燃鈦合金高溫變形行為及機(jī)理

【摘要】:通過等溫恒應(yīng)變速率熱模擬壓縮試驗(yàn),研究一種擠壓態(tài)組織的阻燃鈦合金在變形溫度900~1150℃,應(yīng)變速率0.001~1 s~(-1)條件下的高溫流變應(yīng)力和組織演變,基于熱壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算變形激活能。結(jié)果表明:此種阻燃鈦合金流變應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線具有應(yīng)力峰值和流動軟化特征,高溫變形是擴(kuò)散控制的過程,軟化機(jī)制以動態(tài)回復(fù)為主,但在應(yīng)變速率較高時會發(fā)生局部連續(xù)再結(jié)晶,而在應(yīng)變速率較低時晶界運(yùn)動比較明顯。
