鍛壓溫度對Cr12Mo1V1組織性能的影響

【摘要】:以管割刀片用的Cr12Mo1V1鋼為研究對象,分析不同的鍛壓工藝對其硬度、沖擊韌性的影響,并使用OM、XRD、SEM分析不同工藝下的微觀組織。研究結(jié)果表明:相比于直接空冷淬火,鍛后空冷的峰值硬度向右偏移,在1100℃時(shí)達(dá)到峰值887 HV;隨著鍛壓溫度升高,650℃回火沖擊韌性呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變量減少,殘余奧氏體量增加;鍛后空冷碳化物主要為M7C3型。綜合分析表明,鍛壓溫度為1100~1160℃時(shí),鍛壓刀片能夠得到較好的組織和性能。
