38CrMoAl活塞桿耐腐蝕性能研究

【摘要】:采用小多弧離子鍍制備了TiN涂層。通過金相顯微鏡、分析天平及X射線衍射(XRD)研究了有無鍍覆TiN涂層的活塞桿材料(38CrMoAl)在高溫、水蒸氣及酸性條件下的耐腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,200℃下兩種樣品未被氧化,400℃下38CrMoAl樣品表面氧化,而鍍有TiN薄膜的樣品表面無明顯變化,600℃下鍍有TiN涂層樣品氧化;3種腐蝕條件下,有TiN涂層的38CrMoAl活塞桿比未鍍覆涂層的活塞桿耐腐蝕性能好。
