GH738合金雙錐試樣熱壓縮行為

【摘要】:利用雙錐試樣熱壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了GH738合金的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為,通過(guò)有限元軟件計(jì)算得到樣品縱剖面應(yīng)變和溫度的定量分布規(guī)律,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建合金動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶的動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線,并分析了熱壓縮溫度對(duì)再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:將雙錐試樣壓縮至高12 mm時(shí),其縱剖面中心線位置的真應(yīng)變量呈對(duì)稱(chēng)分布且連續(xù)變化,邊緣最低應(yīng)變量為0.47,心部應(yīng)變量峰值為2.61,該區(qū)域溫度基本保持穩(wěn)定;動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶比例隨真應(yīng)變呈"S"形曲線變化,隨著預(yù)熱溫度的降低,再結(jié)晶形核所需應(yīng)變量增大,晶粒尺寸減小,但完成再結(jié)晶所需應(yīng)變量無(wú)明顯變化。
[Abstract]:The dynamic recrystallization behavior of GH738 alloy was studied by thermal compression test of double cone specimen. The quantitative distribution of strain and temperature in the longitudinal section of the sample was calculated by finite element software, and then the dynamic curve of dynamic recrystallization of the alloy was constructed. The effect of hot compression temperature on recrystallization kinetics was analyzed. The results show that the true strain of the center line of the longitudinal profile is symmetrical and continuously varied when the biconical specimen is compressed to 12mm, the lowest strain at the edge is 0.47, the peak value of the central strain is 2.61, and the temperature in the region is basically stable. The dynamic recrystallization ratio changes with the true strain as "S" curve. With the decrease of preheating temperature, the strain of recrystallization nucleation increases and the grain size decreases, but the required strain to complete recrystallization has no obvious change.
